Islam is a religion of knowledge. It is through knowledge that the human being is able to recognise and worship Allah, and uphold the ordains of His religion. Its acquisition therefore is obligatory upon us all: young, old, rich and poor.

To ensure the continuation of this noble inheritance left by our beloved Messenger SAW, Ummah Welfare Trust provides Islamic books to under-resourced madrassahs, schools and masjids across the Ummah.

‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.’ [Muslim]
