Stationery for Schools

In Africa, as well as across the Ummah, a greater emphasis on education and vocational training has led to a huge rise in demand for stationery. Unfortunately, many schools are under-funded and under-resourced to deal with the glut of students needing supplies.

Pens, books and paper are the building blocks for any child wishing to learn. Without them, a child cannot correctly formally revise or remember class discussions afterwards.

Equipping the Next Generation

Alhamdulillah, Ummah Welfare Trust has initiated a new programme in which schools, maktabs and madrassahs are provided with stationery to ensure their eager children are equipped to learn. The charity provides uniforms, books, school bags, pens, paper and even water bottles.

By providing these essentials, both educators and learners are empowered to excel in the classroom. A simple pen or exercise book can be the first step on a journey toward lifelong learning and independence.
